ON WHICH PLATFORM THE SERVER IS BUILT ON?

The project is built on the Rage MP platform.

HOW TO START PLAYING THE GAME?

To start the game, you need to purchase a licensed copy of the game on one of the available platforms: Steam, Epic Games, or Rockstar Games. After that, you need to download the Rage MP launcher from the official website and select one of our servers. Detailed instructions can be found at this link: https://one5rp.com/#steps

RAGE MP CRASHES IMMEDIATELY AFTER STARTING THE GAME

Disable all antivirus software and/or add the game folder and the Rage MP folder to the antivirus exceptions, then restart your device.

LAUNCHES SINGLEPLAYER MODE OR GTA:O

First, try restarting Rage MP and the platform used to launch the game (Steam, Epic Games, or Rockstar Games Launcher). Make sure that the Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 package (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145) is installed.
If it is installed and the first step does not help, disable Windows Defender.

WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED?

The administration reserves the right to block your account in case of severe or systematic violations of the server rules. Details can be reviewed when attempting to log into your account directly in the game or the personal account on the website.

CAN I OWN MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT, OR TRANSFER AN ACCOUNT TO A FRIEND?

Owning multiple accounts (smurfing) is prohibited by the server rules. Transferring or selling an account to third parties is also strictly forbidden.

HOW CAN I SECURE MY ACCOUNT?

To maximize the security of your account, we recommend following these rules:

Use complex passwords that include various symbols, uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers.
Link the email you frequently use and ensure its security. Also, consider enabling two-factor authentication for your email client.
Activate 2FA (two-factor authentication) for your One RP account.
Try to avoid logging into your account from unknown or guest devices.
Do not share account information with third parties. Remember, the administrator will never ask for your data to access your account.
Do not download files and programs from unverified sources. Various graphical modifications, as well as prohibited modifications, bots, and so on, pose a particular danger.

I LOST ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT, HOW CAN I RECOVER IT?

In case of losing access to your One RP account, contact customer support as soon as possible and explain the situation in maximum detail and truthfully. We will make every effort to help you regain access to your account.

HOW TO OPEN THE CHARACTER MENU?

To access the character management menu, press the "M" button. This will open a menu where you can view all information about your character, their belongings, tasks, and more.

HOW CAN I REPORT VIOLATIONS?

If you witness a violation, you can promptly file a complaint in the character menu, under the "Support" section, or in a specific section on the Discord channel.

WHAT IS ROLE PLAY?

Role Play (or role-playing) is a form of game in which participants take on specific roles, portray characters, and interact with each other within the framework of a fictional scenario.

WHAT GAME MODE IS ON THE SERVER?

In our project, we don't want to confine players within boundaries. Our goal is to provide a tool for comfortable gaming for each player because each player is unique. We strive to move all routine actions to functionality, allowing players more time to fully enjoy the game or express maximum creativity in generating role-playing situations, without the need to constantly play out template and routine actions. We encourage RP which brings enjoyment to all participants and is not an instrument of abuse.

IS ROLE PLAYING MANDATORY?

In our project, every character inherently engages in RP. We do not force players to roleplay basic and routine actions; instead, we offer pre-made server mechanics. However, we actively encourage non-standard role-playing situations where players independently create and follow various engaging scenarios.

1. Why do we need donations?

Donations are a reward system for players in exchange for contributing to the server.

2. What are the ways I can make a donation?

We accept Visa/Mastercard worldwide, Paypal, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, Tron, Solana, AdvCash, Payeer.

3. What currency is used for donations?

We use EUR for calculations. However, it is not necessary to convert your funds to EUR. You can make a purchase with your local currency, which will be converted at the current exchange rate, and in-game items will be credited in full.

4. What should I do if my card is not accepted for payment?
